Leadlight windows, corbel arch, fireplaces, ceiling roses, baltic pine floors anchor heritage, showcased across an inviting front section – three oversized bedrooms, abundant storage, walnut-veneer joinery, two luxe bathrooms laced with Signorino terrazzo, hydronic heating and a professional’s office. What lies beyond has made its mark in print and web journal alike.

Polished concrete floor, heated from below. Cloud wall finishes. Clay-tone cabinetry. Ribbons of Fibonacci terrazzo. Earthy tones and expressive textures for an ambiance full of warmth – met by stunning volume and sun from above.
