Rebeka Brew

With more than 15 years in the industry and experience across almost every corner of it, she brings the perspective that can only come from doing the work firsthand. She understands where details can slip, which systems need refining and how to give people the right support to perform at their best.

Rebeka joined WHITEFOX five years ago, back when the brand had just two offices, working alongside Mike Torcasio, now Partner and Chief of Staff. As the business has grown, so has her role. Today, she supports our Directors and Sales Coordinators across onboarding, training, processes and quality control, bringing greater consistency to the way our teams work.

Part mentor, part problem solver and a steady presence for those around her, Rebeka is the person people turn to because she knows what needs to happen and how to get it done. At home, she lives with her partner and is mum to a 14-year-old, so looking out for people comes naturally. That same instinct shapes the way she shows up at WHITEFOX: kind, thoughtful and generous with her advice and always ready to bring some fun to even the busiest day.

Six years into calling Melbourne home, she is just as comfortable setting the standard behind the scenes as she is hunting down Northside’s newest wine bar. She keeps the people supported, the standards high and the good recommendations coming.
