Having lived across multiple countries from a young age, she’s spent her life building relationships from the ground up and embracing change as an opportunity rather than a challenge, with fluency across three languages shaping her communication style along the way.

Managing people and complex responsibilities shaped Pietra’s ability to communicate clearly, stay composed under pressure, and build strong rapport. She entered the property industry after completing her real estate qualification alongside university studies in marine biology, before committing fully to real estate and never looking back.

Her career spans the full spectrum of the industry, from administration through to auctioneering, giving her a grounded understanding of the market from behind the scenes to the negotiating table. Hands-on experience across the Mornington Peninsula underpins an organised, considered approach in every facet of her work.

What sets Pietra apart is genuine care. She takes the time to understand her clients’ motivations and negotiates with conviction, clarity, and honesty, bringing confidence and composure to every campaign.

Outside of work, Pietra’s world centres around her son, her fiancé, and their Rottweiler. Approachable, energetic, and considerate, she shows up fully for both her clients and her family, with integrity at the core of how she works.
