Starting his career in 2015 at the Stellar group, Nihal quickly established himself within the projects sector, selling over 60 developments across eleven years, continuing his growth over this time. Today, he joins WHITEFOX to expand the Projects division across Melbourne and Adelaide, building a dedicated team while continuing to service a strong portfolio of established developers.

His strength lies in his ability to listen. To understand what developers need, what purchasers want, and where the two intersect. Dedicated, honest and disciplined, Nihal approaches every campaign with a clear objective: deliver the best possible result while protecting long-term relationships.

With a Greek Cypriot and Sri Lankan background, he brings a unique perspective and presence to the industry; memorable, personable and able to connect across generations and cultures. In a space where many can blend in, Nihal stands out.

Based in Bentleigh East, his mornings begin with breakfast alongside his wife Nicole and daughter before diving into a day of client calls, buyer meetings, marketing strategy and deal-making.
