Kyle’s path into real estate started with intent. Early on, he immersed himself in the industry, attending local auctions across Newcastle and Lake Macquarie, introducing himself to agents and actively pursuing an opportunity to break in.
Starting as a sales cadet, he built his foundations from the ground up. From cold calling and letterbox drops to managing buyers, campaigns and vendor communication, Kyle quickly progressed by taking on more responsibility and leaning into every part of the process. Now, he joins WHITEFOX Northside ready for the next stage.
With a natural ability to connect, Kyle understands that no two clients are the same. Authentic in his approach, he adapts to different personalities and situations with ease, building trust and delivering outcomes through clear communication and consistency.
His passion for property is grounded. Coming from a modest upbringing, he sees real estate as an industry that rewards effort, discipline and long-term thinking. For him, it’s not just about the transaction, but the opportunity to create meaningful results both financially and emotionally.
Based in Brunswick East, Kyle brings energy, optimism and a strong sense of purpose to the team. Outside of work, you’ll find him at the gym, keeping up with Formula 1 or the footy, or exploring Melbourne’s food and bar scene. Competitive by nature and driven to build a name for himself, he is focused on creating lasting relationships and consistently raising the standard.
