His career spans building and scaling real estate businesses, along with growing and mentoring high-performing teams. Along the way, he ranked in the top one percent of sales agents within the largest real estate franchise for three consecutive years, while also competing in professional and semi-professional sport both nationally and internationally.
Clay entered real estate in 2009 as a sales agent and quickly established himself as a leading performer within one of the industry’s largest networks. Over the next 15 years, he built a business that consistently ranked in the top ten offices nationwide. After a period focused on refining his personal sales business, Clay now joins WHITEFOX Sydney, stepping into the next chapter with a brand aligned to his standards for performance, culture, and execution.
What draws Clay to real estate is its competitive nature and its people. He believes you get out exactly what you put in, and that success comes from understanding each client’s journey and delivering outcomes with care and intent. Known for his ability to read the play, make decisive calls, and stay composed under pressure, Clay brings a high emotional IQ to every negotiation, allowing him to connect deeply with clients and advocate strongly on their behalf.
Each day begins with training and time at Bondi Beach to set the tone, followed by hands-on involvement across appraisals, negotiations, buyer engagement, and campaign strategy. Living in Paddington, Clay is deeply connected to the Sydney market and takes a no-shortcuts approach, leaving no stone unturned to ensure every client experience is stress free, considered, and successful.
