With more than two decades in real estate and over 1,000 sales to his name, Chris brings experience, strategy, and composure to every campaign.
His career began internationally with a London-based agency, giving him early exposure to different markets and buyer behaviours, and shaping a broader, more considered approach to property from the outset.
Now joining WHITEFOX Subiaco as Senior Advisor & Negotiator, Chris runs bespoke campaigns designed to maximise exposure, create competition, and protect value at the point it matters most. While strong marketing opens doors, he believes results are won in negotiation, through clear strategy, calm decision-making, and the ability to perform under pressure.
Recognised as a multiple Top 30 REIWA agent by unassisted value sold and part of WA’s number one small office by value sold in 2024 and 2025, Chris measures success by the trust clients place in him when the stakes are high. He takes every sale personally, stays hands-on from start to finish, and is relentless about ensuring his clients are never undersold.
Outside of work, Chris values time with family, early mornings, exercise, and switching off in the sauna. High-energy, loyal, and passionate, he brings the same discipline and care to life as he does to every negotiation.
